I am a Product and UX/UI Designer with over 10 years of experience shaping product ecosystems that are clear, scalable, and built around real human behaviour.

I approach every project by getting close to the problem — understanding the goals, the constraints, and the people in between. I care about the details that often get skipped: the logic behind a flow, the language inside a component, the documentation that helps the people I am working with.

I work across strategy, research, and interaction design, and I bring AI-assisted methods into my practice as a natural part of how I think and build, not a shortcut, but a sharper lens.

My background in graphic design gave me a strong foundation in visual systems, typography, and brand communication. Over time, my interest shifted toward user behaviour: what people need, where they struggle, what helps them make decisions, and what creates friction in a product experience. That evolution led me into Product and UX/UI Design, where I combine visual craft, UX strategy, research synthesis, design systems, AI-assisted workflows into my design process, and cross-functional collaboration. I am now focused on growing into more product-led roles, contributing not only to interface execution, but also to product direction, prioritisation, and strategic decision-making.

Ocumetra

Led end-to-end UX/UI design for a clinical SaaS platform and marketing website, from UX strategy and prototyping to responsive design, developer handoff, and design QA. Designed complex data visualisations and decision-support interfaces within a regulated clinical environment, applying UX rigour comparable to financial and compliance-driven product contexts. Owned and evolved the design system and component library across a multi-surface SaaS product, partnering with engineering and product stakeholders to deliver scalable, consistent, and accessible experiences. Established WCAG-aligned accessibility patterns and responsive standards across clinical and marketing surfaces. Integrated AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Figma Make) into the design process for rapid prototyping, content iteration, and workflow exploration, reducing design-to-dev handoff cycles by approximately 25%.

Smartbox

Standardised typography systems and layouts across print and digital environments, improving brand consistency and readability. Optimised production workflows using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, reducing delivery time while maintaining high-quality output. Restructured 45+ legacy internal documents and knowledge assets, enhancing clarity and onboarding efficiency.

Siopaella

Redesigned the mobile app UX, improving usability and increasing user engagement by 30%. Developed a cohesive cross-channel brand system across digital and print assets, strengthening visual identity consistency. Led the visual storytelling strategy across social media channels, contributing to a 43% increase in engagement.
